The Goodtimes Project

Our vision is that all families affected by childhood cancer will experience a community of hope, joy, and love.

When pediatric cancer becomes their world, The Goodtimes Project creates caring spaces for local families to connect and kids to be kids, through camps, events, and programs.

About Us

The Goodtimes Project is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to raising money for producing programs that support the children, siblings, and families in Washington and Alaska dealing with pediatric cancer. We believe that until there is a cure, there is camp.

Summer camps are currently at the heart of our programming. Each camp offers children or young adults the chance to grow, belong, and rejuvenate while surrounded by peers who understand the impacts of childhood cancer.

Our flagship program, Camp Goodtimes, is a week-long resident camp for kids ages 8-17. Each summer, we hold two sessions of Camp Goodtimes on Vashon Island for cancer patients (either on- or off-treatment), and siblings/bereaved siblings of a cancer patient. We strive to create safe spaces that affirm the joys of childhood, foster friendships, instill confidence, and offer parents peace of mind as they entrust their children to camp, and take a well deserved break.
