Our vision is that every family affected by childhood cancer will experience a community of hope, love, and joy—your support makes that vision a reality! Help The Goodtimes Project fund cost-free camps, programs, and events for families impacted by a pediatric cancer diagnosis by attending, bidding, and giving big.

Space is limited, so purchase your tickets or table early to secure a spot at the event! The evening will begin with a reception including passed champagne and hors d'oeuvres, wine tastings, an exclusive in-person silent auction, and a variety of games giving you the opportunity to win fantastic bottles of wine. Then, we'll transition into the seated program where guests will enjoy a 3-course dinner and bid to win live auction packages. We'll conclude with a few words from a member of our camper community followed by an opportunity to donate generously in support of our programming.

Silent Auctions
Online Silent Auction
- Whether you are able to attend the Goodtimes Gala in-person or not, we invite you to participate in our online Silent Auction. The auction will be open from Monday, April 18 through Friday, April 22, 2022. Registration is free! Peruse an assortment of items and experiences and bid high to win your favorites. Gala attendees will have the opportunity to take home their packages from the event, while others can choose to pick-up from our office in Seattle or pay for shipping.
In-person Silent Auction
- Goodtimes Gala guests will have the chance to participate in the in-person Silent Auction during the reception. These exclusive items are available to attendees only. Included in this auction will be a small number of champagne bottles to be served to winning tables during dinner.
COVID-19 Precautions: Safety is a top priority for us. The Goodtimes Project will stay in accordance with King County recommendations for large events/indoor spaces which include requiring proof of vaccination or negative COVID test result taken within 72 hours of the event—at-home rapid tests will not be accepted. Masks are to be worn when not actively eating or drinking—bandanas and neck gaiters are not allowed. It is important to note that this event provides ample opportunity for eating and drinking, which will hamper the ability to remain masked throughout the evening. Bell Harbor uses commercial-grade MERVE-13 rated air filters throughout the event space, hand sanitizer will be readily available, and tables in the ballroom will be spaced approximately 6 feet apart.
